HOW TO ORDER

Your new folding door will be manufactured to your requirements and since we want to ensure your door arrives exactly as you selected we don't offer an online ordering facility. When you are ready to order please call or email your contact number and we'll call you so we can guide you through the ordering process discussing all the options that are available to you. All order details are confirmed to you by email or fax for you to approve before processing.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards at no extra cost or you can pay by internet bank transfer. We require 50% deposit at time of order and the balance is payable on delivery.

DELIVERY

Our folding doors are delivered free to most UK destinations; please contact the office to confirm any additional delivery charge. We normally deliver using a fleet of 7.5 ton vehicles and long wheel base vans.

Folding doors are delivered with glass separate doors are supplied bubble wrapped in tough polythene to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

Aluminium folding doors are very heavy items especially when supplied fully fabricated. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate labour to offload the door on delivery and please check that you have enough clearance to be able to relocate a fully assembled door to the installation location.

WHITE FINISH DOORS: 15 - 20 WORKING DAYS

SINGLE RAL COLOUR DOORS: 20 - 25 WORKING DAYS

DUAL RAL COLOUR DOORS: 30 - 40 WORKING DAYS

All delivery lead times are approximate and are from receipt of confirmed manufacturing details.

To complement our range of aluminium sliding folding doors we also provide the full range of Smarts Aluminium products including Visoline and Visoglide aluminium windows, entrance doors, patio doors, showroom doors and french doors in any RAL paint finish. All orders are manufactured to order and delivered free to mainland UK. If required, we may be able to introduce you to a professional installer in your area - please ask for details.

Our sliding folding doors can be supplied in your choice of over 200 RAL colour paint finishes and you can even choose a dual colour option providing one colour to the inside and a different colour to the outside.
